Ominstallation av operativsystemet

Varning

Booting this USB drive entirely erases all data on the hard disk or SSD of the NitroPad without further warning. Don’t boot this USB drive on any computer which contains data you want to keep. Make sure to format the USB drive after the intended use.

1. Download the latest Stable Release of the operating system images: Ubuntu Linux, Qubes OS

2. Valfritt: Ladda ner hashsumman och verifiera den nedladdade operativsystemsavbildningen.

3. Skriv operativsystemsavbildningen till en USB-enhet. Möjliga användningsområden:

   • Windows: Rufus, balenaEtcher;

   • Linux: dd, balenaEtcher;

   • macOS: dd, balenaEtcher.

4. Anslut USB-enheten till NitroPad och starta den. I Heads-menyn väljer du Boot Options -> USB Boot.

5. På Qubes använder du versionen ”senaste kärnan” av installationsalternativen

6. Beroende på operativsystemet kan du behöva bekräfta ominstallationen.

7. Sign the boot partition (Heads only).

To avoid accidental overwriting of valuable data, format the USB drive afterwards.
