In the Nitrokey Pro 2 and the Nitrokey Storage 2 you can store up to 16 password credentials. The Nitrokey 3 is able to store many more, how to set them up using NitrokeyApp2 is documented in Passwords - although you can also use nitropy.
Furthermore the Nitrokey 3 supports unlocking you KeepassXC database. You can find the guide to realize this at KeepassXC.
