With Heads Intel ME is already disabled and also NitroPC 1 & 2 with TianoCore.

By default Intel ME is not disabled with Dasharo TianoCore UEFI.

In order to disable it follow theses steps:

  1. Palaidiet datoru un atveriet UEFI izvēlni, nospiežot taustiņu „ESC“.

  2. Izvēlnē dodieties uz „Dasharo sistēmas funkcijas“.

  3. Pēc tam „Intel Management Engine Options“.

  4. From this menu you will have two different ways to disable Intel ME:

    • Disabled (Soft) - ja iestatīts, Dasharo programmaparatūra sūta ME_DISABLE komandu caur MEI/HECI. MEI/HECI interfeiss tiek slēpts no OS, kad ME ir atspējots.

    • Disabled (HAP) - ja iestatīts, Dasharo programmaparatūra zibatmiņas deskriptorā iestata HAP bitu. MEI/HECI interfeiss tiek slēpts no OS, kad ME ir atspējots. HAP metode ir daudz efektīvāka, jo tā aptur ME programmaparatūras izpildi vēl agrāk nekā iepriekš aprakstītā Soft Disable (mīksta atspējošana).

  5. Save the changes and reboot.
