Dezactivarea Intel Management Engine

With Heads Intel ME is already disabled and also NitroPC 1 & 2 with TianoCore.

By default Intel ME is not disabled with Dasharo TianoCore UEFI.

In order to disable it follow theses steps:

1. Porniți computerul și accesați meniul UEFI apăsând tasta „ESC”.

2. În meniu, navigați la „Caracteristicile sistemului Dasharo”.

3. Apoi „Opțiuni Intel Management Engine”.

4. From this menu you will have two different ways to disable Intel ME:

   • Disabled (Soft) - atunci când este setat, determină firmware-ul Dasharo să trimită comanda ME_DISABLE prin MEI/HECI. Interfața MEI/HECI este ascunsă de sistemul de operare atunci când ME este dezactivat.

   • Disabled (HAP) - atunci când este setat, determină firmware-ul Dasharo să seteze bitul HAP în descriptorul flash. Interfața MEI/HECI este ascunsă de sistemul de operare atunci când ME este dezactivat. Metoda HAP este mult mai eficientă deoarece oprește execuția firmware-ului ME chiar mai devreme decât Soft Disable descris mai sus.

5. Save the changes and reboot.
