Estos son los pasos básicos para registrar Nitrokey Pro o Nitrokey Storage como segundo factor de una cuenta de Google:

1. Vaya a https://myaccount.google.com/security#signin

2. Haga clic en «Verificación en 2 pasos» en el lado derecho

3. You need to define a first 2-Step Verfication (e.g. your phone number) method to have access to the alternative second step option (the first 2-Step Verification can’t be the security key)

4. Choose “Authenticator App” as second step (though you won’t actually need the app)

5. Choose Android and press on “Can’t scan it” below the QR code to see the secret key

6. Copy the key (you can ignore the whitespaces, they do not get copied anyway) and paste the key into the corresponding field in the Nitrokey App

7. Haga clic en «Siguiente» y siga las instrucciones (pero utilice la aplicación Nitrokey en lugar de la aplicación Google Authenticator para generar las claves)

8. It is possible to use the same secret key for the Google Autenticator app and the Nitrokey App as well. Just make sure to follow the above procedure and use the QR code for the Authenticator app afterwards before clicking “Next”. Now you can use either the Google Authenticator app or the Nitrokey App.
