Firmware-päivitys Qubes OS:n kanssa

Tässä oppaassa kuvataan, miten Nitrokey 3:n laiteohjelmisto päivitetään Qubes OS:n nitropy-ohjelmalla.

Please read the general firmware update instructions before! Since for specifc versions there are limitations regarding what data is possible to migrate to the new version.

Setup

Asenna nitropy valitsemaasi sovelluksen VM:ään noudattaen asennusohjeita.

Kuinka päivittää

Tärkeä

Älä koskaan irrota Nitrokey 3:a tai keskeytä prosessia päivityksen aikana, koska se todennäköisesti tekee laitteestasi käyttökelvottoman!

  1. Suorita nitropy nk3 reboot --bootloader app VM:ssä.

  2. Kun nitropy on antanut ohjeet, kosketa laitetta käynnistyslataajan aktivoimiseksi.

  3. This will detach the Nitrokey from the app VM, and the bootloader will apear in sys-usb.

  4. Attach the bootloader to the app VM.

  5. Run nitropy nk3 update and follow the instructions.

  6. During the finalization the Nitrokey will be detached. Re-attach the Nitrokey back to th app VM to finish the update.

Jos ilmenee virheitä, ota lokit /tmp-hakemistosta (/tmp/nitropy.log.*).
