Обновление прошивки с помощью Qubes OS

В этом руководстве описано, как обновить прошивку Nitrokey 3 с помощью nitropy в Qubes OS.

Важно

Please read the general firmware update instructions before! Since for specifc versions there are limitations regarding what data is possible to migrate to the new version.

Настройка

Установите nitropy в выбранную вами виртуальную машину, следуя инструкциям по установке ``_.

Как обновить

Важно

Никогда не отключайте Nitrokey 3 и не прерывайте процесс обновления, так как это может вывести устройство из строя!

  1. Запустите nitropy nk3 reboot --bootloader в app VM.

  2. По указанию nitropy прикоснитесь к устройству, чтобы активировать загрузчик.

  3. This will detach the Nitrokey from the app VM, and the bootloader will apear in sys-usb.

  4. Attach the bootloader to the app VM.

  5. Run nitropy nk3 update and follow the instructions.

  6. During the finalization the Nitrokey will be detached. Re-attach the Nitrokey back to th app VM to finish the update.

В случае возникновения ошибок, пожалуйста, возьмите логи из каталога /tmp (/tmp/nitropy.log.*).
