Windows

Chcete-li zkontrolovat, zda je zařízení Nitrokey Passkey správně rozpoznáno, otevřete Správce zařízení a zkontrolujte, zda se zařízení Nitrokey Passkey zobrazuje jako zařízení USB.

macOS

To check whether the Nitrokey Passkey is correctly recognized, open the System Report and check for the Nitrokey Passkey appearing as a USB device. Otherwise you can run the following command in the terminal to check if your system recognizes the Nitrokey Passkey.

system_profiler SPUSBDataType | grep Nitrokey

Linux

To check whether the Nitrokey Passkey is correctly recognized, check if it is shown with lsusb.

Pokud není klíč Nitrokey detekován, postupujte následovně:

  1. Copy this file 41-nitrokey.rules to /etc/udev/rules.d/. In very rare cases, the system will need the older version of this file.

  2. Restartujte udev přes sudo service udev restart nebo udevadm control --reload-rules && udevadm trigger, pokud používáte Fedoru.
